Hobart has an amazing waterfront location that continues to be redeveloped over time. Macquarie Wharf sits on Sullivans Cove, the site of the initial European settlement in 1804, and is the main port for Hobart. The old wharf shed that was Macquarie No 1 has been redeveloped into a luxury 5 star Hotel.
